Access

Please inform Box Office staff of any requirements at the time of booking. You can call Box Office between 10am – 2pm on 01709 823621.

Access at the Civic Theatre:
– Ramp access
– Foyer toilet
– Usher assistance is available for people in wheelchairs (no lift at the theatre)
– Access dogs welcome

Braille Information
Free Braille information and large print are available upon request. If you know somebody that would benefit from this information please let them know that this service is available.

Induction Loop
The Civic Theatre offers an induction loop, please advise Box Office staff if you wish to use this system. We request a small deposit of £1 which will be refunded on return of the device.

Audio Description Service
An Audio Description Service is available. Please request this service at the time of booking.

Carer/companion tickets
Should you require the support of a carer or companion to attend a performance, this ticket is complimentary and can only be booked via Box Office.
