By Phil Woods & Michael Bogdanov.

It’s extremely funny and a little bit rude at times but nothing that you can’t bring granny along to see!

All of your favourite tales are included from James Knight’s tale of chivalric honour and courtly love to Will Miller’s comic, bawdy (and potentially banned) story of a deceitful, cheating pair. Phil Woods has updated the 600 years old Chaucer for modern audiences with the spectacle, humour and bawdiness of the fourteenth century original.

These classic tales are all entrants in a tale telling competition where you have the power to decide which tale teller should win the coveted title of ‘Annual Geoffrey Chaucer Canterbury Tale-telling Competition Champion 2017’. Who wins is up to you!
