Coronavirus (Covid-19) update
We are thrilled to be welcoming so many of you back to the theatre and want everyone to feel as comfortable as possible when visiting. We’ve taken time to ensure the safety of all our staff, artists and visitors.
Please be advised that, following recent Government advice, face masks are now required when visiting the theatre unless you are exempt due age, health or disability, or you are eating or drinking.
Flexible ticketing policy
- In the unfortunate event of any future performance being cancelled or rescheduled, all ticket holders will be contacted and offered ticket transfer, credit, a full refund or the option to donate to the theatre.
- If you are unable to attend a performance due to displaying Covid-19 symptoms or you are a contact of a Covid case (with proof via a text or email from NHS Test and Trace) and you are not exempt from isolation, we will offer you a transfer to another performance in the same production, a transfer to next year’s panto, a credit, or a refund.
- If you are unable to attend for any other reason, we are unable to offer a refund or credit. We can, however, offer a transfer to another performance in the same production.
Proof of vaccine/Covid passports NOT in place
As our seating capacity is under 500, we are not currently asking visitors for proof of vaccines or negative tests.
