Monday to Saturday: 10am to 2pm (except bank holidays)
On performance days, we are also open from 5pm (or from one hour before daytime shows) until 15 minutes after curtain up.
Reservations can be made over the telephone and will be held for five working days. After this time tickets will be released. Please note reservations cannot be made within 5 working days of a performance.
Tickets can be paid for by cash, cheque and credit/debit card. Credit card payments will incur an additional £1 transaction fee.
Under current circumstances, we recommend that payments are made via credit/debit card where possible.
Face coverings are recommended, when visiting the theatre, if you can wear one.
Flexible ticketing policy
In the unfortunate event of any future performance being cancelled or rescheduled, all ticket holders will be contacted and offered ticket transfer, credit, a full refund or the option to donate to the theatre.
If you are unable to attend a performance due to testing positive for Covid-19, we will offer you a transfer to another performance in the same production, or a credit.
If you are unable to attend for any other reason, we are unable to offer a refund or credit. We can, however, offer a transfer to another performance in the same production.
Proof of vaccine/Covid passports NOT in place
We are not currently asking visitors for proof of vaccines or negative tests.
